Rooftop restaurants are becoming very popular now a days. People love the open air environment where they can sit and relax with some friends and spend a quality time. ‘Noir’ is a rooftop restaurant cum lounge located at the top floor of Golden Tulip Hotel in Salt lake. To enjoy the great evening breeze, Jacuzzi and some great food, then ‘Noir’ is the perfect place for you. They have some pretty good seating arrangements with a see through kitchen. Recently they have introduced some mouthwatering Rolls and Dips on their menu starting from INR 195 to INR 275 AI and invited PanchPhorn for this event. Me along with other foodie members of our group were there to try out the Rolls. All the Rolls will be served with Chef’s Special Four kinds of Dips. There are 8 kinds of Rolls are available 4 Veg and 4 Non-veg. and the items are as follows : Chilli Paneer Roll, Paneer Kathi Roll, Glass Noodles Roll, Cheese & Corn Roll, Butter Chicken Roll, Reshmi Chicken Roll, Mutton Nann Roll and Minced Shrimp Mini Roll.

Chilli Paneer Roll (195/- AI) : The tongue tickling spicy masala of paneer wrapped in paratha is a treat to your taste buds. Paneer(Cottage Cheese) was fresh and the spices were well balanced and the paratha was soft.
Paneer Kathi Roll (195/- AI) : Kati roll is a famous dish originating form this very own city, Kolkata. Paneer mixed with ground spices and cooked in a tandoor(Clay Oven) and then stuffed inside a paratha.
Glass Noodles Roll (195/- AI) : Glass noodles cooked with lots of spices and then stuffed inside a flour dough and then deep fried. Outside of the roll was very crispy and crunchy but the inside was nice and moist with the spicy glass noodles.
Cheese & Corn Roll (215/- AI) : Sweet corn mixed with cheese and sauteed vegetables and then wrapped inside a soft paratha. The cheese was literally melted in the mouth and the corn was definitely frozen but very tasty.
Butter Chicken Roll (250/- AI) : Butter chicken is an Indian Delicacy and its basically a North Indian Dish. Chicken pieces were first marinated in tandoori masala and then cooked in a tandoor then the grilled chicken pieces are added in rich buttery tomato based gravy. This Roll is filled with these creamy butter goodness and tasted divine.
Reshmi Chicken Roll (250/- AI) : Reshmi kebab is a very popular dish and this roll is prepared with the awesome moist Chicken Rashmi Kebab and Grilled vegetables. The Chicken was soft and juicy and the paratha was soft and fresh.
Mutton Nann Roll (275/- AI) : One of My personal favourite. Small pieces of mutton cooked with perfection and mixed with vegetables and mayonnaise and then wrapped in a soft paratha. Mutton was soft and succulent and tasted delicious.
Minced Shrimp Mini Roll (275/- AI) : Shrimps cooked with vegetables and spices and then grounded and then crumb fried till golden brown. The Rolls were nice and crispy and the filling was very flavourful.
